5.2 Pricing and Payments

• All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise noted
• Payment is processed through third-party payment providers (Stripe, Creem)
• Credits may expire according to the package terms
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion

No refunds for unused credits after 30 days of purchase.

6. Generated Content

You retain ownership of the videos you generate using our Service, subject to these conditions:

• License: You grant us a license to use, store, and process your content for Service delivery
• Watermarks: Free plan users' videos will include a watermark
• Commercial Use: Paid subscribers may use videos for commercial purposes
• Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you generate

We do not claim ownership of your generated content, but we retain the right to use it for service improvement and training purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the preceding 12 months.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of applicable laws
• Fraudulent or abusive use of the Service

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which OhooVideo is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration, except for intellectual property disputes, which may be pursued in court.
